Fulfillment Operator – Grocery Warehouse

About the role

Oda, an online grocery retailer, is hiring Fulfillment Operators for its Lier warehouse. You will pick and pack groceries for customers and deliver them to the right customer, working in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. The position is full-time, with day and night shifts, and covers the Dry and Cold departments.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack goods for customers
• Act as the first point of contact for handing over goods from suppliers
• Make sure products are on the shelves and the workplace stays tidy
• Work with the team to meet operational goals and company KPIs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and working methods

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Comfortable with routine-based tasks and a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Team player who likes helping others and offers constructive suggestions
• Self-driven and motivated to grow within Oda
• Speaks and understands English; Norwegian is a plus
• Nice to have: previous warehouse, value chain, trade or production experience, a forklift certificate, a customer-focused attitude, and your own car or ability to drive
