Part-Time Driver (Grocery Delivery)

About the role

Oda develops affordable grocery services, having built Norway's leading online grocery store and now partnering with Mathem in Sweden. It is looking for part-time drivers to join its delivery team in Lier, reporting to Driver Operating Managers and Team Leaders. The position is 20% part-time, on Saturdays and Sundays every other weekend, with morning and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers and make sure every delivery meets the Oda experience.
• Load and unload goods quickly and carefully, so every box arrives in good condition.
• Keep the van clean and presentable.
• Help onboard and train new colleagues.
• Share ideas to improve routines and ways of working.

Required profile

• Valid Class B driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English; knowledge of Norwegian or another Nordic language is a big plus.
• Nice to have: enjoyment of a physically demanding job, comfort working alone and in a team, strong work ethic, service-minded attitude, responsibility and prioritising safety in traffic.

Shifts and location

• Morning shift: 05:45-13:45 or 06:00-14:00.
• Evening shift: 13:00-21:00.
• Location: Drammensveien 189, 3420 Lierskogen.
