Group CEO – Accounting Group

About the role

Staud Gruppen, founded in 2023, brings together four accounting firms with over 150 employees, around 1,700 customers and nine locations into one group. It is looking for its first Group CEO, a market-oriented leader who wants to build a group, develop its businesses and deliver measurable results. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with the board, portfolio company leaders and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the group's strategy into priorities, milestones and measurable results
• Develop a common commercial model and strengthen new business, customer development and market position
• Expand and improve service offerings so customers get more value, insight and proactive advice
• Introduce common technology, automation and standardized processes
• Drive profitable growth through better customer experience, sales power and delivery efficiency
• Build consolidated reporting, management information and KPIs
• Lead the acquisition agenda and set up a robust integration model for synergies
• Build a strong management layer and group governance, and develop a shared identity while keeping local entrepreneurship
• Represent the group to customers, banks, industry players and partners

Required profile

• Experienced leader who has delivered results in a business of similar size and complexity
• Experience of leading others across companies, units or locations, preferably in a decentralized, multi-location or knowledge-intensive setting
• Proven results in commercial development, new business and organic growth
• Experience implementing major changes in pricing, services, processes or delivery models
• Experience with acquisitions and integration, and a good understanding of profitability and value creation
• Professional services background is an advantage; decisive leadership and commercial sense are essential
