About the role

Thon Hotel Ullevaal Stadion is looking for a receptionist to work a 30% part‑time schedule. You will join a small, close‑knit team focused on delivering excellent guest experiences and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Handle reservations and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about providing top‑level service.
• Comfortable working rotating day, evening and every‑other‑weekend shifts.
• Team‑oriented and reliable.
• Ready to start as soon as possible.
