Sales Assistant – Glasses Shop (50%)

About the role

Brilleland Bodø is looking for a sales assistant in a 50% position to create pleasant customer experiences in the shop. You will work closely with customers, colleagues and opticians in a professionally strong environment, from giving advice on glasses to keeping the shop welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Give personal and professional advice to customers
• Sell and fit glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses
• Take part in courses and professional development throughout the year
• Keep the shop tidy and inviting
• Work closely with opticians and colleagues to give customers the best experience

• Enjoys customer contact and meeting people with a smile
• Respects, cares about and is curious about people
• Contributes to a good, supportive workplace, even when busy
• Structured, able to handle several tasks at once
• Thrives in an inclusive team where everyone learns from each other
