About the role

Brilleland Down Town in Porsgrunn is looking for a full-time sales associate to join an experienced, close-knit team focused on great customer experiences. The shop is located in modern premises in the heart of Down Town and welcomes customers of all ages, many of whom are regulars who return year after year.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal and professional advice to customers
• Sell and fit glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses
• Create good customer experiences and build long-term relationships
• Take part in courses and develop your competence throughout the year
• Keep the shop welcoming and inspiring
• Work closely with opticians and colleagues to find the best solutions for customers
