About the role

We are looking for a sales and service associate to be the first point of contact for members at our fitness centre in Oslo. You will create positive experiences through personal service, high presence and a positive attitude while supporting members in finding the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members at the reception desk.
• Promote and sell memberships and additional services.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and inviting centre environment.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere for members and colleagues.
• Assist with various operational tasks at the centre.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.

• Outgoing and able to communicate well with diverse people.
• Motivated by sales, results and creating great customer experiences.
• Service‑oriented, solution‑focused and proactive.
• Enjoy both independent work and teamwork.
• Organised, responsible and reliable.
