Account Executive - Architecture

About the role

Cisco is hiring an Account Executive for its Workplace Experience business in Oslo. You will own a quota across Central and Northern Europe and sell converged solutions combining collaboration devices, occupancy and IoT sensing, and PoE/energy networking to real estate, facilities, workplace and sustainability leaders. The business has grown 50%+ year over year for 13 consecutive quarters.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline in Salesforce and forecast accurately
• Sell cross-architecture deals that combine collaboration devices, occupancy and IoT sensing, and PoE/energy networking
• Sell to Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace and Sustainability leaders, winning IT from a position of strength
• Work upstream with advisors, design firms and standards bodies before the RFP exists
• Run a repeatable playbook and share your wins back to it

Required profile

• 10+ years of quota-based sales with a documented record of attainment
• 2+ years of cross-architecture, solution-based selling
• Proven success selling to line-of-business decision-makers
• Bold, autonomous self-starter who uses AI and modern selling tools
• Open to learning from others and giving back to the global community of sellers

Preferred qualifications

• Experience selling to commercial real estate, building design or construction
• Knowledge of BREEAM, DGNB, WELL, Nordic Swan Ecolabel, EPBD and CSRD/ESG reporting
• Deep knowledge of the Nordics or Benelux market
• Fluency in Norwegian, Dutch, French or German in addition to English
• Experience co-selling with ecosystem partners, systems integrators and resellers
