About the role

Thon Gruppen is looking for an Application Manager to own and continuously improve Opera Cloud, the core system that drives daily hotel operations. You will ensure the platform runs smoothly, delivers a great user experience, and supports the business needs of our hotels across Norway.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stable and efficient operation of the Opera Cloud system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for user queries, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate closely with hotel staff, IT colleagues, and external partners to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and apply updates or patches as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize reservation, check‑in, billing, and guest‑management processes.
