Assistant Store Manager – JYSK Tiller

About the role

JYSK is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for its store in Tiller. You will work alongside the store manager in a dynamic, results-driven organisation, helping lead the sales team and develop the store's operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team together with the store manager
• Make sure the store is always ready for sales, with the right focus on weekly campaigns
• Create a positive working environment where the team thrives, is motivated and performs well
• Take part actively in daily store operations and set an example through sales and customer service

Required profile

• Sales experience, preferably also with leadership experience from retail
• Positive, engaged and inspiring colleague who enjoys achieving goals with a team
• Structured and decisive, able to handle variety and fast pace while staying calm under pressure
• Fluent Norwegian, with readiness for evening and Saturday work
