About the role

Lead the ForMotion Orthopaedics clinic in Lysaker for a one‑year temporary assignment, combining leadership, clinical work and operational management to support patients with orthoses, prostheses and custom equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee clinical staff and service teams, ensuring appropriate competence, clear direction and resources for success.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, staffing and resource allocation for the clinic.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, NAV and other partners.
• Contribute clinically when needed, handling patient assessments, fittings and follow‑up.
• Participate in the Oslo regional leadership group, sharing priorities and best practices across clinics.

Required profile

• Authorized orthopaedic engineer with clinical experience.
• Confident leader who builds trust, fosters collaboration and drives continuous improvement.
• Motivated by developing people, professional practice and the business.
