B2B Sales Development Representative – Nordic Languages

About the role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Development Representative to support outbound sales and account management for a global renewable energy company. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in English plus at least one Nordic language.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound sales outreach and prospect engagement across international markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and account management.
• Support lead generation and sales pipeline activities using structured sales processes.
• Coordinate client follow‑ups, meetings, and sales administration tasks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking using Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Collaborate with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar client‑facing role.
• Exposure to the renewable energy, sustainability, clean‑tech or energy sector.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or Icelandic).
• Strong client‑management and customer‑service skills.
