Country Marketing Coordinator - Miele Professional

About the role

Miele is looking for a local Marketing Coordinator for its Professional solutions business to join the B2B team in Nesbru, Norway. The role supports Miele's growth across industries such as dishwashing, laundry, medical, dental and laboratory technology, and works closely with the Regional Marketing Team and the country sales and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the regional marketing strategy for the Norwegian market, covering products, consumables, digital services and pricing, and implement international marketing initiatives such as product launches and promotions.
• Manage the marketing budget and plan, keeping investments on budget and on time.
• Implement the lead generation and brand awareness strategy, attract new customers and focus on customer retention, directly and through partners.
• Create local content and articles, including local reference case studies, and review translations, local specifications and digital content so it is accurate in Norwegian.
• Organise local events, trade fairs and trainings, and provide sales and marketing tools in Norwegian for the country sales teams.
• Build relationships with the Regional Management Team, sales teams, partners, service, domestic marketing, colleagues in other regions and external agencies, and take part in regional Management Committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Relevant marketing experience with an operative focus, and experience coordinating local needs with regional strategies.
• Proven experience in the digital field (performance marketing, SEO, social media, AI).
• Experience in a matrix organisation and project management is beneficial.
• Fluent Norwegian and good written and spoken English.
