Customer Advisor – Optician Shop

About the role

Interoptik Futura in Kristiansund is looking for a customer advisor in a 50% position. You will help customers find the right solutions and be part of a professional team in a small, close-knit shop where everyone tries out many things. The workday is busy and offers challenges for both opticians and shop staff.

Key responsibilities

• Selling and fitting glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses
• Building good relationships and ensuring excellent customer experiences
• Advice, lens instruction and guidance on eye health
• Handling orders and follow-up, keeping the shop and workshop tidy
• Giving personal and professional advice to customers
• Taking part in courses and professional development throughout the year
• Keeping the shop clean and welcoming

Required profile

• Enjoys working with people and wants to contribute to service and quality
• Flexible working hours, with some evening and weekend shifts in addition to day shifts
