Customer Service Coordinator – Evening Shift, Tøyen

About the role

Oda, an online grocery retailer in Norway and Sweden, is looking for three new colleagues for its customer service team in Tøyen. The coordinator works evening shifts, two days per week, on-site in the modern Tøyen office, at 40% capacity. The team prioritises customer satisfaction and wants someone who enjoys contact with customers and is not afraid of challenging situations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide good customer service and dialogue, putting the relationship with the customer as important as solving problems.
• Answer customer requests by phone, chat and e-mail.
• Support the operations, commercial and marketing teams with valuable customer data, insights and experiences.
• Be proactive: share ideas, suggestions and knowledge that improve processes and reduce friction for customers.

Required profile

• Self-motivated, creative and efficient, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Optimistic, able to communicate well under pressure and focused on teamwork.
• Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• A customer- and market-oriented attitude with interest in technology and trade is an advantage.
