Customer Service & Pickup Point Assistant (Seasonal)

About the role

We are looking for extra help as a customer service assistant at our Pickup Point during the Christmas season, with possible extension. The work mainly consists of evenings and weekends in a central Oslo shopping centre.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers at the service desk and handle inquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Process orders for Posten, Post Nord and DHL and keep the Pickup Point area tidy and presentable.
• Perform cash‑up procedures and other ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Self‑reliant, solution‑oriented and flexible.
• Good communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Available to work every other Saturday and during the holiday period.
• Completed secondary education.
• Fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) and able to use English.
• At least 18 years old.
