Data Center Account Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Data Center Account Manager to drive market expansion and generate new business in Norway. The role will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, focusing on colocation and wholesale capacity solutions for high‑density, GPU‑accelerated workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture new business opportunities across Norway, managing the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Target global and regional colocation service providers, securing contracts for strategic wholesale capacity and expansion sites.
• Develop and maintain C‑suite and senior‑level relationships within the data‑center ecosystem.
• Own revenue targets and KPIs, delivering consistent quarter‑over‑quarter growth.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to design bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes in the European power and land landscape.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the data‑center, colocation or hyperscaler sector.
• Strong network and “Rolodex” of contacts with wholesale and retail colocation buyers in Norway.
• Proven “hunter” track record of meeting multi‑million‑dollar sales quotas and closing large‑scale contracts.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English; fluency in Norwegian required.
• Willingness to travel across Europe to meet clients and visit sites.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
