Finance Business Partner Manager

About the role

Mastercard Payment Services Norway seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its leadership team. Reporting to the CFO, you will act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and influencing decisions that drive performance and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning for MPS Norway.
• Partner with senior leaders on strategy, business planning, performance management and commercial decisions.
• Provide financial insight, challenge initiatives, and translate performance into actionable recommendations.
• Review and challenge customer, product and investment business cases, supporting pricing strategy and profitability analysis.
• Deliver management reporting, quarterly legal entity reporting and board‑level financial commentary.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Corporate Finance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate analysis into business actions.
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; professional finance qualifications a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion and business intelligence tools.
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
