About the role

Join Basta’s brand‑new restaurant in Oslo as a Front of House team member. You’ll be the first face guests see, helping to create a warm, energetic atmosphere from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with confidence, warmth and genuine energy.
• Support fast, organised service across the dining area.
• Attend to guests at every stage of their experience, from seating to farewell.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues during busy service periods.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and overall atmosphere.
• Bring the Basta personality to life through exceptional hospitality.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, strong team spirit and a natural love for hospitality.
• Enjoy working with people and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Stay calm and focused during peak times.
• Reliable, hands‑on and eager to learn.
• Previous hospitality experience or a strong desire to start and grow in the sector.
• Personality, energy and care in every interaction.
