Fulfillment Operator

About the role

Join Oda’s fulfillment team in Lierskogen, where you will help pick, pack and prepare grocery orders for delivery to customers across Scandinavia. The role is fast‑paced, physically active and focused on accuracy and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack goods for customer orders.
• Act as the first point of contact for handover of goods from suppliers.
• Keep shelves stocked and maintain a tidy workplace.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet operational goals and KPI targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and methods.

Required profile

• Enjoy working in a team toward common goals and helping others.
• Focus on solutions, suggest improvements and handle routine tasks.
• Motivated by a fast‑paced, physically active environment.
• Self‑driven, take ownership of tasks and eager to grow with Oda.
• Speak and understand English; Norwegian is a plus. Minimum age 18.
