Global Lead Private Sector Partnerships (Maternity Cover)

About the role

The Norwegian Refugee Council in Norway seeks a highly motivated professional to fill a temporary, fixed‑term maternity cover as Global Lead Private Sector Partnerships. This senior role supports the Private Sector Partnerships section by overseeing systems, governance, compliance, reporting and business processes, ensuring effective collaboration across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of systems, tools, guidelines and procedures for private sector partnerships across NRC.
• Provide data‑driven insights and performance analysis to inform decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Serve as the focal point and subject‑matter expert for NRC’s CRM system (Cycles), including reporting, analysis and user support.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and external donor requirements.
• Coordinate reporting and business processes to enhance collaboration across departments.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in managing private sector partnerships or similar coordination functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and governance oversight skills.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a multicultural humanitarian environment.
