Night Receptionist (80% part‑time)

About the role

The Thon Hotel Snø team is looking for a night receptionist to work 80% of a full‑time schedule. You will be the sole point of contact during night shifts, ensuring guest safety and smooth front‑desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a professional and engaging manner.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Operate the central phone system and respond to all guest inquiries.
• Manage night‑time routines and security protocols.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and lobby area.
• Treat personal data confidentially.
• Safeguard the safety of guests and the hotel property.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in similar receptionist or front‑desk roles.
• Independent, responsible and able to work alone.
• Comfortable with night‑shift work.
• Service‑oriented with a flexible attitude.
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
