Project Manager – Large Concert and Event Productions

About the role

Unity Arena, Norway's largest indoor multi-purpose arena for concerts, sport, events and shows, is looking for a project manager to take overall responsibility for its biggest productions. The arena is currently being developed into a new venue, Unity Arena, which will be ready by the end of 2028.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall project responsibility for large concerts and events
• Make sure production is well anchored across all departments
• Create and manage schedules, budgets and production meetings
• Ensure clear handovers to each department
• Act as a positive link between the client, crew and internal teams

Required profile

• Several years of experience in large concert or event productions (5+ years)
• Natural ability to get all departments working toward the same goal
• Structured, forward-looking and good at clear handovers
• Calm under pressure and able to make smart decisions
• Ownership of the productions and pride in the work
