About the role

Thon Eiendomsprosjekt AS is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead new technical projects across renovation, rehabilitation and new‑build initiatives. You will join a multidisciplinary team of over 26 professionals based in central Oslo, with occasional travel to project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and steer projects in line with budgets, schedules, permits and contracts, providing regular reporting.
• Represent the client and maintain communication with stakeholders, suppliers and public authorities.
• Drive cost‑efficiency, risk mitigation and deviation management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee tendering processes, contractor selection and contract drafting.
• Manage projects from early design through to completion, ensuring quality, schedule and financial targets are met.
• Handle project budgets, active cost optimisation and risk handling.
• Coordinate between suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Ensure proper collection and hand‑over of FM (FDV) documentation in collaboration with the FM department.

Required profile

• Initiative‑driven and curious about new building, technical and real‑estate technologies.
• Proven experience in large‑scale technical projects.
• Structured with strong financial understanding.
• Good IT competence.
• Fluent Norwegian, both spoken and written.
• High work capacity, adaptable and able to build trust among parties.
• Vocational certificate or higher education in HVAC (VVS) or automation; solid technical experience may substitute.
• Documented experience as project or construction manager for technical contracts.
