Resepsjonist – 30 % deltidsstilling

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Receptionist to join the front‑desk team at a centrally located hotel in Alta. The role is 30 % of a full‑time schedule, with work every other weekend and shifts covering daytime, evening and occasional night hours. The position starts as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and act as the first and last point of contact during their stay.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
• Resolve guest requests and problems, ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Maintain the reception area tidy and organized.

Required profile

• Enjoy providing top‑level service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights and alternate weekends.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
