Sales Associate – Optical Shop (80%)

About the role

Synoptik Norge is looking for an engaged sales associate for an 80% position at its optical shop in Straume. The role centres on creating good customer experiences every day, helping people see better and smile more. Experience in the optical industry or other retail is an advantage; what matters most is being positive, service-minded and enjoying working with people.

Key responsibilities

• Give personal and professional advice to customers
• Sell and fit glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses
• Help keep the shop welcoming and inspiring
• Work closely with opticians and colleagues to give customers the best experience
• Take part in courses and professional development throughout the year

Required profile

• Loves meeting people and giving good service

Working conditions

• Mainly daytime work, about six evening shifts per month and alternating Saturdays
