Store Manager – Optician Shop

About the role

Interoptik is looking for a new store manager for its Sartor shop in Straume. You will take over a well-run shop with a solid professional foundation, experienced staff and a clear commitment to quality, with room for further development of both the shop and customer experience. The role suits someone who enjoys developing people, creating good customer experiences and building on a strong professional team; opticians are also welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the team
• Manage budget and results, focusing on profitability
• Ensure enthusiastic customer service with high customer satisfaction
• Look after good clinical routines and high professional quality in eye care
• Plan and follow up staffing and employee development
• Ensure good operational procedures, inventory control and health, safety and environment compliance
• Keep the shop aligned with Interoptik's concepts

Required profile

• Good command of English, enough to read emails and take part in internal courses and webinars
• Ability to influence the shop's development and work closely with the sales manager
