Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant

About the role

Sofigate, a business technology company in the Nordics, is looking for an experienced ServiceNow solution consultant to join its Platforms business stream. The team partners with large enterprises in the Nordics on their ServiceNow journeys, turning customer business goals into precise technical requirements while focusing on time to value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client business goals into precise technical requirements
• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions and advise customers and team members
• Lead workshops and gather customer requirements
• Mentor colleagues by sharing best practices and guiding innovation within ServiceNow

Required profile

• At least five years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Experience with Agile frameworks, DevOps models and POC approaches, as well as traditional waterfall methods

Required skills

• ServiceNow development and configuration
• Ideal candidate has module-specific expertise in HR and/or IRM modules, including relevant certifications
