About the role

The Fellesordningen is looking for a Senior Security Architect to take overall responsibility for maintaining and evolving the organisation's information security. You will act as a technical authority and advisor, working closely with the CISO and influencing both strategy and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and maturity of security capabilities across the enterprise.
• Define and evolve security principles, frameworks and processes aligned with business goals and risk profile.
• Lead threat‑modeling, risk and vulnerability analyses and monitor remediation actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NSM security principles and other regulatory requirements.
• Advise business leaders and decision‑makers on security‑related matters.
• Manage security incidents and deviations, driving continuous improvement.
• Promote security competence and organisational maturity.
• Collaborate with technology, architecture and development teams to embed security in the S‑SDLC.

Required profile

• Higher education in IT, information security or equivalent (experience may substitute).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information security.
• Proven experience with security architecture and related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud, application and API security and the interaction between technology, business and risk.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, NSM principles and relevant regulatory demands.
• Ability to communicate complex security topics clearly to support decisions.
• Analytical, structured approach with a clear execution mindset.
• Familiarity with security considerations for artificial intelligence is a plus.
