Service Coordinator – Building Automation & Security Services

About the role

Johnson Controls is looking for a structured, proactive service coordinator for its building automation and security services business (BMS) in Norway. The role is central to daily operations, linking customers, project managers, team leaders and service engineers so that customer requests, capacity, service orders and workflow are handled efficiently and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register and follow up on customer requests
• Plan and coordinate service orders together with project managers and team leaders
• Coordinate activities between customers and service engineers
• Follow up open orders, backlog, work in progress and billing basis
• Own service data and workflow in ServiceMax operationally
• Ensure correct customer, location, contact and order information
• Make sure cases and work orders have the right status, classification and information
• Follow up errors, missing items and stalled matters
• Prepare and follow up operational reports and key figures
• Contribute to standardising and continuously improving service processes
• Act as data owner for service data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate, complete and up-to-date data

Required profile

• At least three years of relevant experience in similar positions
• Relevant administrative education
• Ability to prioritise and handle many parallel activities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Very good Norwegian and good English
• Technical understanding of building automation, electrical, plumbing or other technical services is an advantage

Required skills

• Good IT skills and experience with digital tools
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax or similar solutions
