System Specialist – Care Technology Solutions

About the role

Sensio, a fast-growing Nordic care technology company, is looking for an ambitious and technically strong System Specialist focused on its Norwegian market. You will work at the intersection of technology, operations, project management, training and customer contact, ensuring high quality across implementation phases. The role is based in Norway within an international team of specialists, technicians and support staff working together across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to technical deliveries, implementations and go-live projects for customers
• Configure and adapt Sensio solutions to customer needs, networks and IT infrastructure
• Act as technical advisor to project managers, sales, support and customers
• Support sales in presales with technical assessments, solution design and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate solutions across teams and suppliers
• Document technical solutions, analyses and recommendations clearly
• Improve routines, knowledge bases and processes, and ensure partner deliveries meet quality standards
• Use AI tools to work more efficiently and help the team adopt AI in practice

Required profile

• Documented experience in IT support, technical implementation or project management
• Strong communication skills with both care staff and technical environments
• Able to work independently, take initiative and organise your own day
• Advantageous: experience in healthcare and care, and knowledge of care technology

Required skills

• Understanding of networks, servers, system integrations and IT infrastructure
• Ability to use AI tools effectively
