Transformer Station Site Manager

About the role

Omexom Sør, part of the international group VINCI Energies, is a leading technical contractor in the Norwegian electricity market. Its Stasjon department installs high- and low-voltage electrical systems in transformer and power stations and in industry, locally in Agder and across the country. The site manager is an on-site leader who, together with the project manager, organises, plans and distributes work according to the work plan.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate different actors on site
• Install and maintain equipment
• Work directly with customers
• Ensure work meets strict health, safety and environmental requirements
• Collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to deliver safe, quality solutions

Required profile

• Vocational qualification and experience in the energy fitter trade
• Willingness to succeed, responsible and reliable
• Good cooperation and communication skills
• Proactive problem solver who takes responsibility for site health and safety
• Interested in developing the station business line

Required skills

• Comfortable with digital tools and able to get into the systems and routines needed for the work
