Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor – Nordics

About the role

The Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor will lead the implementation of Flynn's HS&E strategy on projects across the Nordics, ensuring a positive safety culture and industry‑leading compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Flynn’s EHS policies and provide health and safety guidance.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining EHS documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and audits and prepare reports.
• Complete risk assessments and investigate incidents and accidents.
• Identify training needs and deliver EHS training sessions.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with EHS standards.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in EHS or a related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience on large‑scale commercial/construction projects.
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Conscientious, highly focused and detail‑orientated.
• Self‑starter with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
• Full clean driver’s licence preferable.
• Excellent communication skills.
