Account Executive - Services

About the role

Cisco is looking for an Account Executive for its Services team in Norway, which serves public, private and buying-program customers. The role designs service strategies that align Cisco's portfolio with client business objectives, negotiates complex service agreements and manages the end-to-end sales lifecycle from discovery to contract closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related experience.
• Deep knowledge of the largest private and public sector organizations.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and professional services.
• Native Norwegian and business-proficiency English.

Preferred skills

• Solid knowledge of IT operating models.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL.
• Strong understanding of partner business models and ecosystems.
