Sales Advisor – Nordic Region

About the role

Join Wilhelmsen Ships Service as a Sales Advisor for the Nordics, supporting maritime customers and contributing directly to business growth. You will work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment, building lasting partnerships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across your account portfolio.
• Understand customer needs and provide commercial and technical guidance on products and services.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Turn enquiries into opportunities through timely follow‑up and relationship‑building.
• Promote relevant campaigns, products, and solutions that create value for customers.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently and deliver a seamless experience.
• Manage and follow up customer complaints and non‑conformities through established improvement processes.
• Process high‑value enquiries and orders while keeping customers informed throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Commercially minded relationship builder with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language), both written and spoken.
• Customer‑focused mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Team player who values collaboration, integrity and shared success.
