CNC Machine Operator – Ålesund, Norway

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our production team in Ålesund, Norway. The role involves operating advanced CNC equipment in a furniture manufacturing environment, working with solid wood components.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines (5‑axis, 3‑axis, and double‑sided) and CNC lathes.
• Set up, calibrate and monitor machines to ensure precision and quality.
• Work with solid wood blanks for furniture production.
• Maintain production schedules and report any issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• Communicative level of English.
• Willingness to learn or already possess basic CNC programming skills.
