Consumer Marketing Manager

About the role

As Consumer Marketing Manager in Norway you will ensure that marketing supports the company’s growth ambitions across products, channels and user groups. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and requires close collaboration with sales, digital functions, Nordic and global teams, as well as external partners to create seamless user journeys from first contact to long‑term product use.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the annual Consumer & Direct marketing strategy together with the C&D leadership team.
• Identify growth opportunities based on market insight, user needs and commercial goals.
• Lead planning and execution of campaigns, product launches and marketing activities across digital and physical channels.
• Analyse market and CRM data, translate insights into actions and optimise performance against defined KPIs.
• Manage cross‑functional projects and collaborate with sales, Nordic and global functions, agencies and suppliers.

Required profile

• Higher education in marketing, economics, business, health or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in health, med‑tech or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data‑driven decision making.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and results tracking.
