Summer Internship – Marketing & Communication

About the role

This summer internship in the Marketing & Communication team at Framo (part of Alfa Laval) offers a creative and learning‑focused experience. You will join a small department of five colleagues and help build the brand and visibility through strategic communication, market analysis, visual content, presentations and events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and produce content for social media and other digital channels.
• Create text, images and short videos from concept to final deliverable.
• Support employer branding, presentations, events and campaigns.
• Adapt to both pre‑planned tasks and new ideas that arise during the internship.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a bachelor programme related to marketing, digital marketing, communication, PR, media production, visual communication or a similar field.
• Comfortable switching between creative ideas and practical execution.
• Curious, proactive and interested in effective message delivery.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Ability to operate a DSLR camera for photos and videos.
• Good understanding of branding, overall aesthetics and high‑quality content production.
• Practical experience with photo, film and content creation.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and preferably other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Understanding of social‑media dynamics and what makes engaging content.
