Go-to-Market Portfolio Manager – Norway

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Go-to-Market Portfolio Manager to shape and optimise its Software & Services portfolio for the Norwegian market. You will work closely with product, sales, marketing, operations and Nordic stakeholders to ensure the offerings are easy to buy, easy to sell and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that support growth and market expansion in Norway.
• Partner with product, sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure commercial success of the portfolio.
• Own and continuously improve the Software & Services catalogue, keeping it market‑relevant and commercially compelling.
• Translate customer feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence into customer‑centric solutions.
• Drive commercial readiness, launch new offerings and monitor adoption.
• Stay ahead of HR technology, SaaS, AI and customer needs to keep the portfolio competitive.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Go‑to‑Market, product marketing, portfolio or strategic marketing.
• Background in B2B SaaS, HR technology or professional services is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling and optimising commercial offerings.
• Strong analytical, strategic problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
