About the role

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests in the hotel’s restaurants (Bristol Grill, Bristol Pub, Mauriske Salonger) and banquet areas.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Reliability, punctuality and a team‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
