About the role

Thon Hotel Kirkenes is looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast and Lunch Manager to lead the restaurant department. The position is full‑time, primarily daytime work with alternating weekends, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise breakfast and lunch service daily.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
• Manage staff schedules, training and performance for the breakfast and lunch team.
• Monitor inventory, ordering and cost control for the service.
• Maintain a guest‑focused environment, handling guest feedback promptly.

Required profile

• Strong interest in hospitality and early‑morning service.
• Structured, organised and able to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
