Fullstack .NET Developer

About the role

Sopra Steria is looking for a fullstack .NET developer in Trondheim. You will work as a consultant in cross-functional teams, building solutions from idea to production while staying close to technical choices, architecture and implementation. The role sits in one of Norway's strongest software development communities, where artificial intelligence is used in coding, testing and problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Build robust, high-quality solutions and handle complex problems across the whole lifecycle
• Work closely with experienced developers in a strong technical community
• Shape how the team works, which technologies are chosen and how the profession develops
• Explore how AI changes the developer's role in practice

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• At least three years of experience in system development
• Spoken and written Norwegian at level B2 or higher
• Structured, quality-focused and curious about customer needs

Required skills

• .NET, C# or equivalent technologies
• Frontend development such as React, Angular or Vue is a plus
• Experience using AI tools in development is a plus
