IT Project Manager – Trondheim

About the role

Sopra Steria, a leading Norwegian consulting firm for digitalisation, innovation and sustainability, is looking for experienced IT project managers to strengthen its local team in Trondheim. The role combines project management expertise with leadership, delivering successful IT projects for clients in both the private and public sectors.

Required profile

• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects, handling difficult situations and scope constraints.
• Concrete projects to show where you combined technology, people and business value.
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager; higher education, preferably in IT, is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written Norwegian and English.

Required skills

• Project management methodology, including control of risk and budget.
• PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, PMP and SAFe certifications are valued.
• Familiarity with modern IT infrastructure is a strong plus.
