About the role

The Joint Prosecution Unit of Øst politidistrikt is looking for a dedicated Leadership Support Advisor (or Senior Advisor) to work closely with the unit leader and senior management. Based in Ski, you will help ensure smooth operations, effective coordination and high‑quality support for a critical public‑sector mission.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional leader support to the unit leader and section heads.
• Plan, arrange and coordinate meetings, manage calendars and scheduling.
• Follow up on inquiries and cases directed to senior management.
• Contribute to the improvement and development of work processes.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and broader section responsibilities.
• Advise managers on HR‑related matters and participate in personnel processes.
• Identify and monitor reporting requirements.
• Act as liaison between Business Management Staff, HR/HMS staff, operational units, other units and external agencies.
