Pedagogical Leader – Kindergarten Teacher (Full‑time Permanent)

About the role

Learning Workshop Margaretalia is looking for a qualified kindergarten teacher to join the team on a 100 % permanent basis. You will work in a dynamic environment where each day brings new challenges, from playful discussions about dinosaurs to handling everyday care and conflict resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate play‑based learning activities that support children’s development.
• Provide attentive care, comfort, and guidance during daily routines.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to create a safe and stimulating environment.

Required profile

• Qualified kindergarten teacher (students or other pedagogical qualifications are also welcome).
• Passionate about children’s learning, play, and development.
• Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Willingness to reflect on personal practice and contribute to development work.
• Positive attitude and good humor, even during hectic moments.
