About the role

As a pedagogical leader you will hold administrative and pedagogical responsibility for your department, ensuring high quality, development and daily operation so that children feel valued, parents feel safe and staff can perform their best.

Key responsibilities

• Build a strong culture in the kindergarten based on the organization’s value platform.
• Lead the pedagogical and administrative work of the department and participate actively in the leadership team.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing everyday environment for children and facilitate cooperation with parents and partners.
• Take part in daily play and activities, meeting children’s needs through care and interaction.
• Develop the pedagogical offering and contribute to continuous improvement work.
• Plan and implement the annual plan together with staff and the director.

Required profile

• Committed to contributing and sharing experiences, with a desire for continuous personal and professional growth.
• Strong communication, solution‑oriented and structured work style, able to listen to children and collaborate across departments.
• Identifies with the organization’s values and treats others with respect and equality.
