Product Specialist Pathology – Triolab

About the role

Triolab, a leading supplier of diagnostic solutions to the Norwegian market and part of the AddLife group, is looking for an engaged product specialist in pathology. You will be a key expert resource for customers across the country, combining specialist knowledge of histological methods and immunohistochemistry with customer advice, training and close cooperation with pathology laboratories, hospitals and professional communities. The role acts as a link between suppliers, laboratories and internal resources.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for selected pathology products and solutions
• Advise and support customers on using products, methods and workflows
• Plan and deliver training, demonstrations and presentations
• Help implement new instruments, analyses and methods
• Give expert advice in proposals and sales processes
• Build relationships with laboratories and professional communities
• Stay up to date on technology and pathology developments, and attend national and international meetings and seminars

Required profile

• Degree in biomedical engineering, master's or PhD in molecular biology or another relevant natural science
• Experience in a pathology laboratory or related diagnostic business
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, spoken and written; travel is expected
• Structured, independent and motivated to share knowledge and build trust

Required skills

• Practical experience with immunohistochemical analyses
• Good knowledge of histological methods
• Nice to know: digital pathology, molecular pathology or other advanced laboratory processes
