About the role

The MICE Advisor will work in Thon Hotels' call centre, providing structured support to corporate clients planning courses, conferences and other events. The role combines close customer contact with detailed follow‑up to ensure seamless event experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for business groups seeking MICE solutions.
• Gather client requirements, propose tailored event concepts and manage the sales process from inquiry to confirmation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee quality and detail throughout the event lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Strong interest in hospitality and corporate events.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work methodically, handle details and maintain high quality standards.
• Comfort with using digital systems and data entry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience with CRM or similar customer management tools.
