About the role

Urban Italian Group is launching its first restaurants in Norway and is hosting a Recruitment Open Day in Oslo. The event is an opportunity to meet candidates for a wide range of Front‑of‑House and Back‑of‑House positions as the new venues prepare to open.

Key responsibilities

• Front‑of‑House: greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, manage the dining floor, and support bar operations.
• Back‑of‑House: prepare pizzas, cook dishes, assist chefs, maintain kitchen stations, and ensure food quality and safety.
• Supervisory roles: oversee service flow, train team members, and ensure smooth daily operations.
