About the role

As a receptionist at Thon Hotel Arena you will be the first point of contact for our guests, shaping their overall impression of the hotel. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks while delivering top‑level service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and special requests using the hotel’s front‑desk system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
• Process payments, issue invoices and maintain accurate guest records.
• Work shifts that include days, evenings, weekends and holidays according to a rotating schedule.
